Back in action! After a (not so brief) hiatus during Josh and I’s move to Chicago, getting settled in, etc., I’m cleaning out my old photos and getting them posted so that I can jump into the new! I have lots in store for the coming months including experimenting with a new camera, and a trip we have planned over the holidays- all of which I am so excited to share.
Anyway- on with the post! Back in March, I ran a half marathon in Dallas, and we took the opportunity to spend the weekend there. Obviously, we had to stop by Dealey Plaza and view the site of JFK’s assassination. The entire area is now filled with memorials, educational information and other tributes to John F. Kennedy’s life, his presidency, and the unfortunate events which made Dallas his final destination.
I highly, highly, highly, recommend a trip to Lockart’s if you are in Dallas and looking for BBQ. Or even if you’re not specifically looking for BBQ. Just trust me. 🙂
